About the Award: ASC Engineering Service, fully operates the entrepreneurial Engineering Development, is an Ethiopian American diaspora company engaged in engineering focusing on system development and design in the renewable energy in Ethiopia and Africa empowering the next generation entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into ventures that address Ethiopia’s and Africa’s most pressing challenges.
This program call for a minimum of 5 students to work together as a team to come up with solutions to technical or service challenges that will make a difference to the life of the citizens of Ethiopia, Africa and in the process become a break through innovation that will have an economical benefit to the stakeholders.
ASC will award prizes to early-stage professional venture teams that show the highest, most integrated financial and social returns – businesses that demonstrate blended value.
